Waiting List

Dear Student!

We will open the waiting list in a.m. 10:00 (CEST) 21th August 2023.

Please fill the next form: WAITING LIST FORM

1. When filling in the form, give your real data. If your data are not real, you will be excluded from the waiting list.

2. If you gain admission to the waiting list of a dormitory  and you reject the dormitory, you can't be a dormitory student in the 2023/2024 academic year.

• Only that student can apply to the waiting list who have an active contractual relationship with the University of Debrecen. In addition the student did not got dormitory space in 2023/2024 academic year,
• Applications to the admission of the waiting list are ranked. Therefore the order of time of applications do not count but your points that you gained in the procedure of dormitory admission will be taken into consideration.
• You can't rank the dormitories.
• You will get informed about admission via email. When you get the notice, please respond within 1 day. If we don't get an answer from you, you will be deleted from the waiting list.

• The first decision will be on the 24th August 2023. After that we will make a decision every Thursday.  

We will send the result to you the next day of decision.
